We are a UK company, established for over 10 years supplying the Telecoms, Satellite and Defence markets with dry pressurised air. Within these markets our customers include Governments, Blue Chip multinationals and leading edge technology companies.

From our factory in Stirling, Scotland we manufacture and send out dehydrator units to all parts of the world. These units are produced under quality systems ISO 9001 and NATO Approval; as such they are designed to work in the most demanding of environments to give years of trouble free service. Many of our units are special design builds to meet the specific requirements of our customers.

We also offer servicing and spare parts for third party dehydrators and compressors.

Waveguide & Transmitter Compressor/Drier Unit

This type 6247 is designed as a fully automatic pressurising dehydrator, one of the key features of this unit is its ability to remain on line while being serviced. This is achieved by incorporating parallel compressors and desiccators, if one side of the system goes down then the other can take over. This is an essential feature for certain applications were safety or operational needs dictate continuous operation.

Scheduled maintenance intervals are only required after 5000 hours of compressor run time, with a typical duty cycle of 5% – 10% this unit is capable of running for prolonged periods without intervention. The standard unit is fitted with an air receiver tank in series with the dry air output, the pressure in this tank is sensed by the control electronics, closed loop control of the compressor ensures that it only turns on when required.

The type 5573 is designed as a fully automatic pressurising dehydrator unit. Routine maintenance is minimised by the use of an automatically regenerated molecular sieve. Scheduled maintenance intervals are only required after 5000 hours of compressor run time, with a typical duty cycle of 5% – 10% this unit is capable of running for prolonged periods without intervention.

6233 - 19" Rack Mount Dehydrator

This compact automatic pressurising dehydrator fits into a standard 19″ rack and only utilises 133mm of height. The unit is completely self-contained requiring no additional hardware. Output Pressure is controlled electronically thus removing the need for external pressure regulators, the customer can specify an output between 0.5 PSI and 15 PSI.

The system is designed to be fully automatic, routine maintenance is minimised by the use of an automatically regenerated molecular sieve. Scheduled maintenance intervals are only required after 2500 hours of compressor run time, with a typical duty cycle of 5% – 10% this unit is capable of running for prolonged periods without intervention. The types 6233 & 6234 only differ in terms of front and rear connections, the 6233 interfaces via the front panel and the 6234 via the rear.

6251 – 19″ Rack Mount Dehydrator

This automatic pressurising dehydrator has been designed to operate under very arduous conditions, it has been tested to IEC standards in vibration, Shock, Bump, Free Fall, Dry Heat, Cold, Change of Temperature and humidity. Routine maintenance is minimised by the use of an automatically regenerated molecular sieve. Scheduled maintenance intervals are only required after 2500 hours of compressor run time, with a typical duty cycle of 5% – 10%

This unit is capable of running for prolonged periods without intervention. The standard unit is fitted with an air receiver tank in series with the dry air output, the pressure in this tank is sensed by the control electronics, closed loop control of the compressor ensures that this pressure is maintained at a preset level. The final output pressure is adjusted by a pressure regulator mounted on the front panel. Types 6251 & 6252 only differ in terms of front and rear connections, the 6251 interfaces via the front panel and the 6252 via the rear.
