As a business, Thomas Tunnock’s were running on older technology and using services that were coming to the end of their supported life span. Therefore, in January 2020, we set up a project to review all of the company’s infrastructure and system technology, with a view to upgrade and ensure business resilience.
As a company, we were professional and efficient in taking their ageing Novell-based email and physical infrastructure to the latest Windows-based operating systems and Microsoft 365.
This was a large project consisting of replacement servers, networking infrastructure, desktop PC rollout and training, along with an offsite Disaster Recovery setup.
This project was completed promptly within budget constraints, and we ensured the business was able to function during the upgrades.
