In January of 2024, we investigated moving an ageing analogue telephony solution to a hosted VOIP solution.

We attended the I&H Brown site to carry out a full survey of the network infrastructure to ensure their business was ready to implement the new VOIP solution.

This survey highlighted that they were not ready to make this move due to failings in their networking infrastructure. We proposed a work schedule to update this to meet the new VOIP requirements.

I&H Brown is very happy with the results and is now ready to make the transition from an analogue phone system to a fully cloud-hosted VOIP.
